Wuz fun ober Christmas sorting owt how to get to serbisses, which serbisses were happening and which weren’t, and den hao to gets home when ai dids nawt hab mai car and dere wuz no taxis becawse ob de sno. Finally gotted home, but ai habs no heat in mai apartment and it were in de 20s awl last week, so ai wuz a pupsiccle! Better nao!
Wuz funny yesterday (Sunday) because de main roads were clear and it were no problem to drive in to play the Sunday service – except for the steep half block up to the parking garage. Ai wuz stoopid enuff to try it. Got abowt 5 feet up de hill and just started spinning and sliding back down. Ai managed to turn my car wiffout hitting anyone parked on de street, but thought ai woulds get wedged in and nawt be ablol to turn completely arownd because ob de stawp sign. Fankeesfully, ai hads one front wheel on dry pavemint, so ai could finish turning arownd and drive off on de clear road. As I finished turning arownd, across de street wuz dis groop ob littlol old ladies who were owt waking their dogs. Dey looked horrified, but when ai gotted mai car sorted owt, they awl cheered and applauded – lol!
