Dudamel am akshually a really interesting guy….him startified programs ob classes for kids in orchestral instruments and as they grew they woulds gib performances. Was beri structured and well-supported and kids say it mades a huge difference in der lives. Might still be happening, ai nawt gnoes, but wuzza big fing in Souf America and da U.S.
