Description: A ring-tailed lemur mom is crouched on the ground, nibblingn on some kind of greenery that she’s holding between her hands. On her back are two baby lemurs, one on the near side with its weight resting on mom’s folded leg and is looking at something behind them, and one on the far side hanging over mom’s back and looking towards the camera.

Description: In a zoo, in fron tof a waterfall, a single lemur is hanging upside down by its back feet from one of the ropes crisscrossing the area. On a white body, its tail is black, along with its head except its ears, which blend in with the white ruff around its neck, its hands and feet, its shoulders and chest, and a patch on its hips. It has something green in one hand, and has its head bent backwards so it can look at what’s behind it with interest.

Description: On a bare soil-and-rock surface, in front of a cement wall, three ring-tailed lemurs are sitting up on their hind legs to expose their fronts to the golden light of the rising sun, so they can absorb the warmth. Behind them, on the left, one is looking at the wall instead, down on all fours, and on the right, a fifth lemur is looking at the fourth, with hands resting on the ground, although still oriented towards the sun.
