Monday August 15th is when the party happens!
I’m aiming to keep events between 9:00 and 15:00 Cheezthyme because that gives us the best overlap between European peeps and West Coast peeps. I will pin all of these for at least 24 hours so anyone who can’t make it right away won’t be left out.
9:00 Buffet – We need snacks to keep our strength up! Drop by to add your favourite noms! No calories, no allergies, no dietary restrictions, so go wild!
10:30 Dark and Stormy Night – Add your bit to the story, a sentence or three, whatever you think of, and then see where someone else takes it. I have a starting point for this one.
12:00 Parade – Dress up in your best and show up on a fabulous float!
13:30 Dark and Stormy Night – Let’s do a different one! Anyone have a starting point for it?
15:00 Concert – Bring your rewritten song lyrics and show off your skills! (A Tube-of-U link to the original version might help, not everyone will recognize everything.)
If you have lols or pics or whatever to send me, please get on that and don’t leave it until the last minute – a sudden flood Sunday evening isn’t ideal, although I’ll work with what I get. I don’t currently have much of anything.
